A wonderful experience
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Sala Samui for a wonderful experience both myself and my new wife had in Thailand. We stayed at Sala Samui as one of our honeymoon destinations and had the most amazing time during our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the reception staffs friendly and professional, the boys down the beach were always friendly and chatty, restaurant staff, room attendants, gift shop staff and spa staff....the list goes on. Everybody provided outstanding service at all times. We stayed at Sala between 15 -23 august and had a room 55, the room was outstanding, very clean and relaxing. This is the hotel and destination we will be recommending to our friends for their honeymoon, we hope to return soon and see you all again.
We had arrived at a very special place
From the moment we stepped foot inside the Sala Samui Resort we knew we had arrived at a very special place. Every staff member made us feel like we were the only guests staying at the resort and our pool villa was just the most exquisite place we have ever stayed in. Every expectation and more where met during our stay at Sala Samui and we have made it our goal to return within two years to this wonderful resort. Thank you all so very much
A hidden gem and a little piece of heaven
I would just like to offer my sincere thanks and gratitude for another amazing stay with you at The Sala Samui. We had a wonderful time when we stayed with you in August 2006 and I am delighted to say that our visit this August was even better. Yet again we had amazing meals in the restaurant, served by the excellent, friendly and professional staff. We were so sorry to leave!! We adored the garden pool villa room and totally relaxed and forgot all of our troubles. The Sala Samui is a wonderful hotel, a hidden gem and a little piece of heaven. Thank you so much for another unforgettable experience. We will definitely see you again soon!

A definite highlight we will never forget
After travelling all over the world spanning 22 years together our stay at Sala Samui resort is a definite highlight we will never forget. From the surroundings, the fantastic meals every night something different to excite, the friendly staff, the massages, and the detail in the cleaning and gifts left to surprise the guests, who ever came up with the concept got it right, would love to see something like that in our home land Tasmania, we could not have asked for more or had a more relaxing holiday.

The best holiday experience of our lives

One of the best resorts on the island
We have recently returned home from the Sala Samui after an 8 night stay to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We had a fantastic time in your beautiful resort and would like to thank all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. It was a real pleasure to see so many genuine smiling faces from people who enjoyed their work and knew how to provide top class service. None come near to yours for service
My wife and I stayed with you from 4th to 19th September this year and we had the best holiday we have ever experienced. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but none come near to yours for service. Your staff were the most efficient, helpful and above all friendliest we have ever known. We really did not want to leave , it was like leaving friends behind. The rooms were superb and the food wonderful.We will definitely return either next year or 2011. Thank you for giving us a fantastic experience.

I have a great time and vocation in your resort!! All your staffs are very nice, especially, To Front Desk Lady who helps us for check-in: You are so nice and helpful!! I know we ask so many questions and you give us the answers one by one with your smile!! To Sala Restaurant Lady who is the only one wearing the brown uniform, thank you for your smile in the start on every morning. Your warming briefing, make our breakfast prefect!!! Thank you for your greeting letters, your gifts (the Thai style candies), everything. I love your hotel!! I will recommend all my friends to stay in your hotel if they visit Koh Samui. The service was excellent
I recently stayed with you from 6/7/08 to 19/7/08 in villa number 46.
I would like to thank you all for a lovely time. Andrea and myself were very happy with the room, the food and the service was excellent. I especially enjoyed the Thai cooking class in Pangaea restaurant and have already made some Thai food for my family. They were very impressed! I will be returning to Sala Samui next year and have recommended your beautiful resort to everyone here in England.

WoW- we had the most incredible honeymoon at Sala Samui. The staff were fantastic and so helpful, friendly and polite. The accommodation is superb and luxurious. We truly did not want to go home! SALA Samui has given us so many wonderful memories
Thank you for an absolutely fabulous holiday. Arriving at SALA Samui it felt like we had found paradise on earth. Everything was beautiful from the fantastic breakfasts, housekeeping, and poolside service for cocktails to evening meals at the Sala Restaurant. We felt totally pampered and nothing was too much to ask from the staff who were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. We feel like we struck gold in choosing to come here and would definitely recommend it to all our friends and family for a very special holiday. We would love to come back again some time. A lovely oasis that allowed for privacy and relaxation
I just wanted to say 'thank you very much' for the wonderful 5 nights we enjoyed at SALA Samui. The service, staff, accommodation, amenities, food and ambience was superb. The whole stay was enjoyable due to your staff and their attitude. I can only congratulate on your ability to create a lovely oasis that allowed for privacy and relaxation. I have stayed in lots of hotels around South East Asia and I have never had such a wonderful experience.

Hope to return to Sala Samui the year after
I feel that I should write to convey my appreciation of your hotel, having stayed in the hotel on 17th Aug for 7 nights.
The villa that we stayed in was perfect with wonderful attention to detail (the gifts on the bed are a lovely touch), the facilities were also without fail, the food was delicious and the location of the hotel was excellent.
All of these things would have made the holiday wonderful, but there was one extra thing that made the holiday one of the best I have experienced and that was the staff at the hotel. Every person that we had dealings with was friendly, polite, helpful and above all happy! The housekeeping staffs were absolutely thorough in their upkeep of the villa we stayed in, and even when we went out of the villa late and forgot to call to have the room done, they came and did their magic! The men at the beach were efficient and helpful, the staffs in the restaurant and room service were brilliant, and even the security guards had a smile and a word as you passed by.
We have already booked the Sala Phuket for next August in the hope that I will be as good as your hotel, and hope to return to Sala Samui the year after.
Again thanks to you and your staff for making our stay wonderful.

Beyond Perfect
Dear SALA management and staff,
We have just arrived home in Australia from Thailand where we stayed at the SALA for 6 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary (pool villa no.9).
We cannot thank you enough for the wonderful time we enjoyed while staying at SALA. Everything was beyond perfect and exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at various resorts over the world and we can honestly say SALA impressed us the most. Your staff gave us the best service we have ever received and their attention to detail was outstanding.
We loved our stay at SALA so much that we are making plans to return in March 2011 and stay for 2 weeks. This time we will be accompanied by 2 more family members. We plan to book 2 separate pool villas.
We know it is still very far away but we thought we would send you an email and let you know our plans in advance. If there is any advice you can offer us in regards to our future booking, that would be great. For example, if there are any discounts we can take advantage of for booking 2 villas and for returning to stay again, that would be wonderful.
Once again, thank you for the wonderful memories we have from SALA and we can't wait to come back.

The Perfect Honeymoon
We just wanted to take a moment to say thank you so much for giving us just the perfect honeymoon. The Resort is stunningly beautiful and the facilities were excellent; from the gorgeous pool areas and beach to the perfectly judged Sala beach restaurant (which managed to be both relaxed and classy with its exquisite menu). We loved the quiet privacy of our Sala Pool Villa (no 11) and really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the beautiful array of flowers and complimentary wine on arrival. But most importantly the staff, without exception, were just fantastic...they never once failed to provide a friendly smile or a helping hand and we have never been so well looked after. It has to be said that they are your greatest asset and the main reason that our stay with you exceeded all of our expectations. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to all of them (from reception, to housekeeping, serving staff, the beach boys and grounds people). We very much look forward to staying with you again one day.
