Now, Chef Alex combines his European experience with his passion for traditional Thai Cuisine to revamp and reinvent the SALA Samui Dining Menu. Fresh local produce, seafood and fine cuts of imported meats all feature in SALA Samui’s new dinner menu, combining Thai regional favourites and contemporary continental cusine to deliver succulent simplicity.
